Our Coaches

Our three coaches do more than coach wrestling.  They help turn boys into Christian men.  Men who are better prepared to take on the big old bad world.  They learn that success comes from hard work.  They learn how to handle success and how to deal with failure.  In other words how to deal with the ups and downs of life. 

This year, Coach Stewart was a great addition to our coaching line-up just as Coach Nickels was a great addition last year.  Coach Ewings brings years of experience of dealing with young men during their difficult years.  Coach Ewings deserves some rest after years of carrying the wrestling program at Lakeside but I know many parents want him to stick around. Lakeside's Regional was the best organized tournament that I have ever seen.
