Warriors win Division 2 title at Red Knight invitational
MILWAUKEE—Senior Mark Heyn improved to 18-0 on the season with a first place finish at 215 pounds as Lakeside Lutheran's wrestlers finished sixth at the Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knight Invitational Saturday. Heyn went 4-0 at the two-day tournament for the Warriors, who scored 139 points to finish first among small schools in this reunion of former WISAA schools. Every wrestler on Lakeside's team produced at least one win by fall to help the Warriors win the Division 2 trophy. Heyn's regular workout partner, senior Marc Liechty, went 3-1 to finish second at 189. Senior Justin Koller (160) went 3-1 and finished third. Junior Tim Norstrem (145) and freshman Jake Stewart (103) both went 3-2 and finished fourth. Junior Eric Schilling (130) went 4-2 and finished fifth.  Lakeside Lutheran hosts Columbus in a Capitol Conference dual on Thursday.
