TURKEY AND DUMPLING  POT PIE

Ingredients:

1 LB cooked, chopped turkey

1 onion, chopped fine

3 tbsp. butter

2 PACKS FROZEN peas 'n carrots

2 cans cream of potato soup

1 PACKAGE FROZEN DUMPLINGS

7 cans chicken broth

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Bring all chicken broth to boil

Add frozen dumplings (broken in half)

Turn to medium heat and continue for 30 minutes

Saute onion in butter in small skillet until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Combine all remaining ingredients (turkey, onion, peas and carrots and cream of potato soup)

Simmer for 30 minutes.
