Sauerkraut Casserole
1 quart sauerkraut
2/3 cup instant rice
1 med onion chopped
1 lb beef or pork sausage
1/2 tsp pepper
1 quart tomatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 small package egg noodles
1 or 2 cans mushroom or potato soup
1 clove of garlic
Spread drained sauerkraut in a covered and greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with rice, chopped meat, chopped onion, seasonings and tomatoes.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
