Salsa Recipe


24 Cups Tomatoes - Cut Up
4 Cups Jalepeno Peppers
- Finely Chopped
2 Cups Onions
- Finely Chopped
2 Cups Green Pepper
- Finely Chopped
3 Cups Vinegar
3 Tsp Salt
3 Tsp Garlic Powder
3 Tsp Basil
3 Tsp Oregano
3 Bay Leaves
3 Tsp Sugar

Combine All Ingredients
Cook Until Thickened (At Least
5 Hours)
For Canning, Place 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice In Quart
Jar To Prevent Botulism
Hot water bath for 25 minutes for quarts

1 Batch Makes 6 Quarts
2 Batches Make 12 Quarts
