Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
 
Wash peppers and pack tightly in pint jars.

Heat to boiling: 1 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pickling spices.
Pour over peppers to within 1 inch of top of jar. Put on cap, screw bands on loosely.
Process for 10 minutes in boiling water bath.

If you leave seeds in peppers they will be hotter.  If you remove seeds p1ease use rubber gloves cause after
just a few peppers your hands will get very hot then anywhere you will burn when you burn.
