Crunchy Pea Salad
10 oz. frozen peas, thinned
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup pine nuts or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sour cream or Ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Optional)
5 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled (Optional)
1 Combine everything, mix well for even coating.
