8 Dec 04: A big box of goodies totaling 13 pounds.
23 Nov 04: 12 boxes of goodies for a total of 277 pounds.
Merry Christmas.
15 Nov )4: Three boxes were sent out. Two were an
assortment of goodies and one was a lighted Christmas tree.
8 Nov 04: Another box of goodies.
28 Oct 04: Another box of goodies was shipped.
18 Oct 04: A big box of all kinds of goodies was shipped.
5 Oct 04: One big box of an assortment of stuff including a
bunch of goodies.
15 Sep 04: 1 big box of shampoo, soap, deoderant, writing paper, and
body lotion.
7 Sep 04: Shipped some more boxes of an assortment of stuff.
26 Aug 04: Shampoo, magazines, notebooks, kleenex, razors, wipes, books,
soap, pens, drink mix, foot powder, popcorn, and clippers.
20 Aug 04: Another box of goodies.
12 Aug 04: Two boxes were shipped. 200 mini-bottles of hand lotion
and a box of snacks, insect repellent, and personal hygiene stuff.
2 Aug 04: Three more boxes containing personal hygiene items, games,
and snacks.
27 July 04: Two boxes. One contains tuna, gum, and candy. The
other contains soap, toothbrushes, hand wipes, and shaving cream.
21 July 04: One more box of stuff was sent out. Stationary, jerky,
snacks, socks, gum, razors, shaving cream, and pens.
12 July 04: Sent out a mixed box of goodies and necessities.
9 Jul 04: One box of goodies was sent. We also received word that he has
finally received some boxes of stuff. The stuff mailed 21 June came in but none
of the stuff sent prior to that has arrived.
28 June 04: Two boxes of nothing but goodies. Candy, jerky,
popcorn, gum, and other edibles. (Sardines are edible aren't they?)
21 June 04: Three boxes of stuff was shipped out. Two boxes are big ones
at 2 cubic feet each. Boot insoles, foot powder, toilet paper, snacks,
wipes Q-tips, underwear (new ones, not used), hand lotion, drink mix, Kleenex,
sunscreen, Chapstick, flea collars and dog toys for D8 (the local engineers
adopted a dog and named it D8 after the name of a big dozer), insect repellent, games,
envelopes, writing pads, magazines, batteries, socks, pens, volleyball, books,
DVDs, more snacks, and more underwear.
14 June 04: Mailed another box of shampoo, toothpaste, soap, books, razors,
floss, and magazines.
14 June 04: One of the boxes mailed on 14 May was returned. No
explanation. We will resend it. It wasn't even the one with
pornography, booze, blow up doll, and pork products. Go figure. (Just
kidding, all of those items are verbotten.)
2 June 04: 200 bottles of hand lotion, 48 minitubes of toothpaste,
graham crackers, cookies, shampoo, canned goods, and toilet paper.
24 May 04: Three packages sent out. Girl Scout cookies, toothbrushes,
soap, and shampoo.
13 May 04: MTM mailed five boxes. These contained shaving cream (9),
insect repellent (4), ziplocks (2 boxes), hand lotion (236 small bottles), soap
(27), toothbrushes (20), toothpaste mini-tubes (42), razors (36), dental floss
(6), chapstick (8), envelopes, Girl Scout cookies (8), sunflower seeds (1 lb),
lens cleaner packets (30), itch cream (1), toilet paper (32 rolls), and a note
from his wife.
12 May 04: Brian called work.
Tammy was in a meeting so he talked to Roberta for a few minutes. Said that he
had been at the base where Chris is but that Chris was out on a patrol. Then he
talked to Tammy.
5 May 04: Brian has an address. It may change but stuff will be
forwarded to him.
3 May 04: Brian called work and talked to his wife and boss (No I mean he
talked to Tammy and his MTM boss, Dennis). He has no address yet because
they don't know how or where his unit will be assigned.
